Strategy Session Overview

Our Initail Strategy Sessions are designed to determine if we should be talking. It is that simple. We only want to work with companies that we can help.

Potential Clients should prepare to share information about existing issues, goals and future problems that they have identified. Making lists has become a practice that is very helpful. These can function as a foundation for communication and engagement. Lists promote leadership to function with a vision, they also enable greater collaboration and clarity.

The purpose of our iniital engagements are aligned with understanding the current state vs desired state. We will ask questions and share information. Together we make sure working together will function as a win-win relationship for everyone that participates.

After we learn about your needs, goals and upcoming challenges - We will have the ability to identify aspects that align with our ability to help. If we identify a fit, then we will propose a few options to choose from.

We value time, yours and ours. The evaluation process is a two way street. Potential Clients that are serious about working with us prepare and share (in advance). This helps our engagements align with needs. It ensures the information we share is relevant and has purpose. Every week, month and quarter we only have a certain number of hours to spend. We want to spend them wisely. This is how we grow our impact, build results and achieve our goals.

We encourage our potential clients to create lists that include as many individual items as possible. Details help, but if details are not included it could trigger us to ask additional questions when we meet. If details are included, then our questions will be more focused and fine tuned. Ultimately we want to understand where you are at and where you want to be, then help you get there. If we are not the right resouce we can point you in a different direction, make suggestions and provide recommendations. 1. Existing Issues you want to Fix 2. Goals you want to Accomplish 3. Future Problems you want to Avoid 4. Review the Wants and Identify Needs Wants will happen in a perfect world, and they are possible. Needs are not optional. The fourth list should be last, and it will incorporate items from each of the first three lists that are non-negotiable. These are top priorities.
